Your comfort and clear communication are our top priorities. Before confirming your reservation, please take a moment to review our policies below to ensure a smooth and transparent experience with us.
By booking any tour, transfer, Nile cruise, travel package, hotel reservation, or other travel service through our website, you agree to the following Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Your reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and Tuya Tours has issued an official booking confirmation or travel voucher.
Daily Tours, Activities & Private Transfers
- Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
- Your reservation will only be confirmed after successful payment.
Tour Packages, Nile Cruises & Hotel Reservations
For multi-day packages including hotels, Nile cruises, or accommodation:
- A 50% depositis required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 50% balanceis payable upon arrival in Egypt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Daily Tours, Activities & Private Transfers
- Free cancellation up to 24 hoursbefore the scheduled activity.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hoursbefore the activity are non-refundable.
Tour Packages, Nile Cruises & Hotel Reservations
- Free cancellation up to 15 daysbefore the arrival date or tour start date. • Cancellations made within 15 daysbefore arrival are non-refundable.
- Customized Tours
Customized itineraries, special offers, holiday packages, and tailor-made programs may be subject to different cancellation conditions depending on hotels, Nile cruises, flights, or special services booked.
Any special terms will always be communicated before confirming your reservation.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require several business days to complete the refund process.
Transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable unless required by law.
Guests who fail to arrive at the agreed pickup location or do not attend the booked service without prior notice will be considered a No Show.
No refunds will be issued for No Show reservations.
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include only the services listed under the Included section of each tour or package. Any optional activities, personal expenses, tips, visas, travel insurance, or services listed under Excluded are not included in the tour price.
Guests should be ready at the confirmed pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Pickup times may vary slightly depending on hotel location, traffic conditions, or operational requirements.
Any changes will be communicated before the activity begins.
Requests to modify travel dates, traveler names, or booked services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Tuya Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, transportation, accommodation, sightseeing order, or operating schedule whenever necessary due to operational reasons, weather conditions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
Whenever possible, alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided.
Tuya Tours shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Extreme weather conditions
- Flight cancellations or delays
- Government regulations
- Political events
- Security situations
- Pandemics
- Road closures
- Strikes
Whenever possible, we will assist guests in rescheduling their services.
Guests are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information.
- Carrying valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
- Arriving on time for pickups and departures.
- Following the instructions of drivers and tour guides.
- Respecting local laws, customs, monuments, and cultural heritage sites.
We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Flight delays
- Lost luggage
- Personal belongings
Tuya Tours is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance
Tuya Tours acts as a travel organizer and service provider.
While we strive to provide the highest level of service, we shall not be responsible for losses, injuries, delays, damages, or additional expenses caused by airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transportation providers, government authorities, or other third-party suppliers.
Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for processing reservations and providing our travel services.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
