How long does the tour last?

The tour lasts approximately 4 hours, including hotel pickup, guided visits, and return transfer.

What pickup times are available?

You can choose one of two daily departure times during booking: 08:00 AM02:30 PM If needed, you may request to change your pickup time during the pickup confirmation one day before your tour, subject to the opening hours and operating schedule of the attractions.

Are entrance tickets included?

Yes. All entrance fees to the Nubian Museum and the Unfinished Obelisk are included in the tour price.

Is hotel or Nile Cruise pickup included?

Yes. We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off from all hotels, Nile Cruises, guesthouses, and any location within Aswan City.

How will I recognize my guide?

Your guide will contact you via WhatsApp before the tour and will meet you at your selected pickup location holding a Tuya Tours sign.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows are non-refundable. If Tuya Tours cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

You can select either the 08:00 AM or 02:30 PM departure during booking. After your booking is confirmed, please contact our team as early as possible if you need to request a change, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
